What are some of the emerging roles that you are seeing in ICT, and what are the business drivers behind these appointments?
The market desperately needs more innovators and people who can bring ideas and concepts to life. People entering the market with a ‘big picture’ attitude should do well. Anything is possible in IT. So spend less time following the book and more time innovating.

How long have you been working in IT? How did you get into IT?
Since 2007, this was when I commenced development of Talent Propeller’s first e-recruitment platform. I identified a need in the market for SME businesses to have an affordable technology platform that supports them with their recruitment efforts, so I started building one.
